Chang is an interdisciplinary artist. She has been working in the performance arts for the last 15 years, both performing and developing projects. She has worked with the Immigrant Theater Project, LaMaMa Experimental Theater, and Werk Therater in Basel Switzerland. The line and distance between her process in theater and painting are one in the same. Her tools interchange, she creates and builds the work, while bringing the foundation of learned technique and spontaneity into her work.
